Tensile test, compression test, bending test

Description: Static and quasi-static tensile, compression and flexure tests on metallic, polymeric and ceramic materials to determine strength, elastic limit, elongation at break, necking and Young's modulus, and graphical recording of the measured values.

Torsion test

Description: Torsion testing machine for testing metallic materials, plastics, medical technology products or entire assemblies under the influence of torsion. Maximum rigidity ensures very accurate torsion angle measurement over the entire torque range. Optional static weight loading unit (tension and compression) for the introduction of axial forces up to max. 500 N.

Static part and component testing

Description: Static and quasi-static tensile, compression and flexure tests on components or entire assemblies to determine strength, stiffness and elasticity and to investigate failure behavior.

Notched bar impact test

Description: The notched bar impact test is used to determine the toughness of a metal specimen under impact loading. The specimen of the material to be tested is notched on one side.

Dynamic tests

Description: Uniaxial dynamic tests on specimens made of metallic, polymeric and ceramic materials as well as assemblies and medical implants to determine fatigue strength (Wöhler curve). The tests can also be performed in a temperature-controlled water bath, e.g. at 37°C.

Impulse measurements for impact loading

Description: Measurement of single or cyclically executed impacts and recording of these. This allows the behavior of a component or an assembly to be tested. A test setup with which cyclic impacts can be applied and measured is available and can be adapted to different geometries.
