Micro calorimeter Overview Polymers

Calorimeter (isothermal) TAM Air 3115/3238 with injection ampoule Admix

Measurement of heat released by a chemical and/or physical reaction to determine thermodynamic properties of solutions and solids. The resulting heat flow data in the milliwatt range and under isothermal conditions are continuously plotted as a function of time. Injection and mixing of liquids under isothermal conditions is possible during the measurement, e.g. to investigate initial phases of a cement reaction.
