Quality
Competence and commitment are essential parts of customer-friendly services. Ever since 1993, we maintain a certified quality system in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2000 in order to support these endeavours.
Since 1995, the tets laboratory has been accredited. On November 2001, the RMS laboratory was one of the first to renew the accreditation to the new international EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. The accreditation goes for chemical/analytical tests of metallic and ceramic materials, and polymers
(STS 125) as well as physical tests of metallic and ceramic materials (STS 126).
Since 1993, the RMS disposes of a quality certificate according to the SN EN ISO 9001 standard issued by Bureau Veritas Certification (Switzerland) Ltd. (BVC).
Since 1995 selected services of the testing laboratory have been accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025 by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS).
